Loved the great location, super close to the main square! The breakfast was pretty tasty, especially the views from the top floor. Just be prepared for some noise from the street at night-it can get pretty loud!

Magnificent setting, very very nice and polite staff.
Really great stay in an exceptionally comfortable hotel. Reasonably spacious and bright rooms with a bath, amazing breakfast. Excellent service throughout stay. Panoramic restaurant, parking nearby. My favourite property in Puno.

Everything was nice, so were magnificent views of the lake. Had a king room, and we loved it. Good dishes served at the rooftop restaurant.

Exceptionally clean, wonderful hotel in a favourable and magnificent location. Bright beautifully maintained rooms with magnificent views of the lake, and central heating, a safe and multi-channel television. Many things to like: very comfy bed, really friendly and super-friendly staff who were very service oriented. Free parking nearby provided. Late check-out. The property of choice in Puno😀😀

Fantastic location, just steps away!

Room was really comfortable only disadvantage for tall people like us (Australians/Americans) we had to be careful not to bump our heads into the television which was mounted on the wall, and had an arm sticking out quite low, at our head level. Bathtub was great!
Some breakfast items were not readily available and had to wait quite a while for the dishes to be refilled.

The location is very convenient for walking to attractions and
Restaurants. Staff were always friendly and accommodating, but we did encounter some hot water issues before a scheduled trip. The breakfast included a variety of tasty options, a nice touch.

THe location was quite central in terms of where the actual Plaza de Armas was.
The staff was not overly helpful. The breakfast was sub-par and the rooms were very cold. It was also extremely noisy due to the location of the main stairwell. The room was noisy as well as banging sounds carried on throughout the night.

Nice, neat and clean place with large rooms. Staff was helpful and friendly. Central location. Very good breakfast with cooked to order service.
Maybe upgrade the carpets and drapes. I did not notice air conditioning in the rooms. Though, we did not need it at this time of the year.

We booked a double and when we got there they told us that since we had a promotional fee and they were overbooked, we could take a twin room or get another hotel.

The staff was delightfully friendly and helpful.
I encountered several issues. The atmosphere in the hotel was quite noisy. While my room was cozy, it felt generic and lacked character like a typical chain hotel. To top it off, there were a few holes around the window that let in a draft, which further detracted from the comfort.
